Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching is a structured goal setting and behavioural activation approach to help you achieve your wellness, health and mental health goals. Ideally, you will already have a plan from a registered nutritionist or naturopath, or I can provide referral to a practitioner. Once you know the evidence-based approach you want to work with (e.g. auto-immune protocol, keto, low-carb, etc), regular wellness coaching is here to provide motivation, support, accountability, as well as additional education on topics related to stress reduction, sleep, mindfulness, and other aspects of well-being.
Using behaviour change and positive psychology strategies, you will be supported to make and maintain sustainable changes by exploring barriers, identifying triggers, and developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
With the known connection between inflammation, gut health and mental health, Wellness Coaching can augment psychological therapies and also be beneficial for people seeking to improve their overall quality of life, manage stress, prevent chronic diseases, lose weight, enhance mental health, and achieve a state of optimal well-being.
